Using find with the “-mtime” flag will find files modified within the desired day range.
Here are a few examples:
find . -mtime -1 : Find files modified within the last 24 hours (less than 1 day ago).
find . -mtime 1 : Find files modified between 24 and 48 hours ago (1 day ago, but not 0 or 2 days)
find . -mtime +1 : Find Files modified more than 48 hours ago (more than 1 day ago)
find . -mtime -5 +3 : Find files modifided more less than 5 days ago but more than 3.
